Do I set the prices?
Yes. Every quote comes from the price list you set, and nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.
What does it cost?
Free is $0 for up to 20 instant quotes a month. Starter is $29/mo, Pro $59/mo and Team $99/mo (or 2 months free on annual). No setup fee, and you can try Pro free for 14 days with no card.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own quote link to share by text, email or on social media. If you have a website, you can add the price calculator to it with one line of code, or link to your hosted quote page.
How do customers pay?
You add your own Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App payment link, and it goes on every quote you approve. The money goes straight to you. Pay links are part of Pro, and work on every account until paid plans launch.
What happens after 20 quotes on Free?
New requests still come in. Customers just don’t see an instant price, and you send it yourself.
Can I upload my price list?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), a PDF or a photo of your price list and we set it up in minutes. Scanned PDFs are read like a photo. You check every price and tap Publish before it’s used.
Does it book jobs on my calendar?
Customers can already pick a preferred date and time. Calendar booking is coming soon.
Does it send follow-ups for me?
Yes, if you switch it on. Enqovo sends one friendly follow-up email when a customer hasn’t answered your quote, and never if they replied, paid or you marked the job won or lost. This is tested on cleaning quotes.
How do I pay for a paid plan?
Online checkout for paid plans is coming soon. The 14-day Pro trial needs no card.
Can customers send requests by email?
Yes, on Starter and up. Every account gets its own intake address, set up when you sign up. Forward customer emails to it, or give it to customers. Each email becomes a request in your dashboard with the customer’s name, email, phone and message, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
Who is Enqovo for?
Small US service businesses with a set price list: house cleaning, junk removal, local moving and painting. Car detailers, lawn care, pressure washing and dog groomers can use it too.
