Who we are

Enqovo is a WhatsApp quoting product operated from Hong Kong. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account and setup details you submit (business name, contact name, email, WhatsApp number, city, website).
• Price rules, templates, and quote drafts you configure in product flows.
• Payment-rail settings you choose to save (for example FPS identifiers, PayMe links, PayPal.me usernames). We use these only to help you attach pay links; we do not process card payments.
• Basic site and product usage data (pages viewed, errors, device/browser type) to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

• To provide quoting, approval, and pay-link message features you request.
• To contact you about setup, support, and product updates you asked for.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Payments

When a client pays via FPS, PayMe, PayPal, or similar, money goes to your accounts on those rails. Enqovo does not hold customer funds and does not claim a live Stripe or card-processor integration on this site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics) under contract to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and quote-related data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, legal, and security needs. You can request deletion by emailing us.
