    Do I set the prices?

    Yes. Every quote comes from the price list you set: prices by home size, deep and move-out options, repeat discounts, add-ons and your minimum job price. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.

    Can I upload the price list I already have?

    Yes. Upload a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), a PDF or a photo of your price list. Scanned PDFs are read like a photo. Enqovo fills your standard size table and add-ons. You set your deep and move-out prices yourself, check every price and tap Publish before it’s used.

    How do customers get a quote today?

    You share your own quote link by text, email or social media, or add the quote form to your website. Each request lands in your dashboard with a suggested price from your list. You can also add the price calculator to your website with one line of code.

    How do I get paid?

    Add your own Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App link and ask for a percentage deposit, a fixed deposit or the full price. It goes on every quote you approve, and the money goes straight to you.

    Do you send follow-ups?

    Yes, if you switch them on. Enqovo sends one friendly follow-up email, 48 hours after your quote by default (you can change it), and never if the customer replied, paid or you marked the job won or lost. Follow-ups by text are coming soon.
