Enqovo · For junk removal businesses

Junk removal quotes in your prices, while the customer is still deciding

Customers pick how much of the truck their load fills, what’s in it and how far you carry it, and see a price from your own price list. You set every price and approve every quote. Anything unusual comes to you to price.

Try it as a customer

Try it: Lone Star Haulers is a made-up demo business with example prices. Your page uses your own prices. Pick your answers and see what your customers would see.

For example, about 1/4 truck of household junk on the ground floor comes to $246.50 ($229 for the load plus a $17.50 dump fee). Example prices only.

Without Enqovo vs with Enqovo

Without Enqovo

  • A customer messages: “How much to haul a couch and some boxes?”
  • You call back to ask how much there is, what’s in it and about stairs.
  • You guess the load and work out a price at night.
  • You ask for a deposit separately, or not at all.

With Enqovo

  • The customer picks the load size, what’s in it, item counts, stairs and carry distance, and sees your price.
  • “Not sure” loads and hazardous items come to you to price. Nothing is guessed.
  • You tap Approve, Edit or Decline. The quote is emailed for you.
  • Your deposit and pay link go with it.

You set every price

What customers pick

  • Load size: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 of a truck, a full truck, or “not sure”
  • Junk type: household, furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris or hazardous
  • Item counts: mattresses, tires, fridges, freezers and AC units, TVs and computers, pianos, hot tubs
  • Flights of stairs, an elevator, and how far you carry (under 50 ft, 50–150 ft, over 150 ft)
  • Their ZIP code

What you set

  • A price for each load size
  • A dump fee for a full load, scaled to the load size
  • Surcharges for construction debris and yard waste (%)
  • Item fees: mattress, tire, freon, e-waste and piano
  • A fee per flight of stairs and for a 50–150 ft carry
  • Hot tubs and carries over 150 ft are optional: leave them blank and you price those yourself
  • Your minimum job price, and the largest job that gets an automatic price

Starter example prices

1/8 truck$129
1/4 truck$229
1/2 truck$379
3/4 truck$499
Full truck$599
Dump fee (full load, scaled to the load)$70
Minimum job$129

Starter example prices are filled in for you to change. Until you save your own prices, your calculator shows “We’ll confirm your price” and still sends you the request.

Sent to you to price

The customer sees “We’ll confirm your price” and you get a “Needs your price” request when:

  • The customer isn’t sure of the load size
  • There are hazardous items
  • The job needs a price you left blank, like a hot tub or a long carry
  • The job is bigger than your automatic limit

After the customer sends it

Approve and get paid

  • The request card shows the customer’s answers, the price lines and the rules used.
  • You tap Approve, Edit or Decline. Nothing goes to the customer until you approve.
  • The quote email carries the price, the deposit and your own pay link (Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App).
  • Reminder emails tell you when a request is waiting on you.
  • Mark the deposit paid when it comes in.

Your prices, without mistakes

  • Mistake checks in plain English: every range, and a bigger load never priced below a smaller one.
  • Every price is double-checked before it reaches you: the lines must add up and your minimum must apply.
  • Preview your prices on example jobs before you save.
  • Every save is a new version. Undo, or restore any of your last 10 versions.
  • Upload the price list you already have (CSV, Excel, PDF or a photo). Rows like “1/4 truck load”, “Dump fee” or “Stairs per flight” land in the right place, rows that are out of range or duplicated are flagged, and publishing saves a new version.

What it doesn’t price for you

  • Photos aren’t used to judge the load size.
  • Hazardous waste and same-day jobs: never priced automatically. They come to you.
  • Weight-based or per-cubic-yard pricing.

Customer emails become requests

Quote requests by email: Starter and up. Every account gets its own intake address, set up when you sign up. Forward customer emails to it, or give it to customers. Each email becomes a request in your dashboard with the customer’s name, email, phone and message, not yours. Nothing is sent to the customer until you approve it.

Add the addresses you forward from: your sign-in email plus up to 5 more. There are forwarding guides for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and iCloud. A new address takes about 2 minutes to switch on. Photos and PDFs attached to an email are listed on the request, not read.

Questions from junk removal owners

Do I set the prices?

Yes. You set the price for each load size, the dump fee, item fees, stairs and carry fees, surcharges and your minimum job price. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.

What if the customer isn’t sure how much junk they have?

They pick “not sure”. They see “We’ll confirm your price”, and you get the request marked “Needs your price” so you can price it yourself.

Do you price hazardous waste or hot tubs?

Hazardous items always come to you to price. Hot tubs come to you unless you set a hot tub fee.

Can I upload the price list I already have?

Yes: CSV, Excel, PDF or a photo. Out-of-range and duplicate rows are flagged, and nothing is used until you publish.

What does it cost?

Free is $0 for up to 20 instant quotes a month. Starter is $29/mo, Pro $59/mo and Team $99/mo (or 2 months free on annual). No setup fee, and you can try Pro free for 14 days with no card.
