Enqovo FAQ
Short answers about Enqovo (報價智): what it is, how WhatsApp quoting works, human approval, languages, waitlist, and how it differs from generic AI chatbots.
What is Enqovo?
Enqovo (報價智) is WhatsApp AI quoting for contractors and service SMEs. It drafts quotes from your price list; you approve every quote before it sends.
How is Enqovo different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT and general LLMs answer from public knowledge and can invent prices. Enqovo drafts from your business price list and waits for human approval before sending on WhatsApp.
Does Enqovo auto-send prices to customers?
No. Every quote requires human approval (or edit) before it can send. That gate is core to the product.
Who is Enqovo for?
Contractors and service businesses that quote on WhatsApp: AC, plumbing, paint, handyman, catering, print, custom work, junk removal, moving, and similar trades. Not limited to one industry.
What languages does it support?
Marketing and product copy cover English and Traditional Chinese (Cantonese-friendly). US self-serve pages under /start/, /embed/, /dashboard/, and /c/ are English.
Do I need WhatsApp?
Yes. Enqovo is built around a WhatsApp quoting loop: inquiry in, approved quote out in the same channel customers already use.
How does the waitlist work?
Leave your details on the home page waitlist. The team follows up on WhatsApp about early access. You can also start the US free flow at /start/.
Is pricing published?
Public pricing is TBD. Early access and a free start flow are available on the site. Email [email protected] with questions.
Where is Enqovo used today?
Enqovo is used by Junk Removal HK, Big Bear Junk Removal, Brothers Moving, Brothers Painting, BizAion, TACK TACK, Speedy Recovery, and similar WhatsApp-quoting businesses. The product is built for many trades and services, not one category.
Can quotes sync to a database or become invoices?
Syncing approved quotes into monday.com (or similar) and invoicing are planned workflow extensions. See /workflow/ for the intended loop. Do not assume they are live until the product ships them.
Is Enqovo the same as 報價智?
Yes. Enqovo is the English name; 報價智 is the Chinese name. One product, one site: enquovo.com.
How do I contact you?
Email [email protected], join the waitlist at enquovo.com/#waitlist, or use Start free at /start/.
