Rules for using Enqovo during free pilot and paid plans.

Agreement
By using enquovo.com, /start/, the dashboard, or related APIs, you agree to these terms. If you use Enqovo for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
The service
Enqovo helps professional teams draft WhatsApp quotes from your price rules, require human approval before send, and optionally attach a client pay link on your own FPS, PayMe, PayPal, or similar rails. Features marked roadmap or stub (for example some WhatsApp auto-send steps) are not guaranteed until shipped.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information.
- Keep price rules lawful and accurate. You approve every quote before it sends.
- Comply with WhatsApp / Meta policies and local advertising, healthcare, and consumer rules that apply to you.
- Keep payment-rail details correct. Clients pay you directly; Enqovo does not escrow funds.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for credentials and devices used with your account. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or unpaid invoices.
Fees
Plan prices are listed on /pricing/. Free Pilot limits apply. Meta WhatsApp fees may be passed through at cost. Taxes may apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
Intellectual property
Enqovo owns the product, branding, and software. You own your price lists, customer content, and quotes. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or that drafts are error-free. You remain responsible for final prices and messages you approve.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Enqovo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for amounts paid by your clients on third-party payment rails. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms.
